ICWET 2016 is an international conference organized by Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai, with the objective of bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas of Communication and Networks and to present results of ongoing research in the most emerging areas. In addition, it provides the premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers,practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered, to exchange ideas, techniques and tools, raise awareness, and share experience related to designs, device modelling and the solutions adoptedin the field of Electronics and Communication engineering.
The significant growth in the field of Electronics & TelecommunicationEngineering since late 70’s has given a major thrust to research and development in this area. Today, Electronics and Telecommunication has become the back-bone for human existence. Therefore, to remainin fray for achieving excellence, each and every one has to adopt R&Dculture in these areas.
ICWET 2016 is a proven platform to bring contributions and developments to the research community and industry to widen the horizon of researchto face future challenges. The IET Digital Library holds more than 190,000 technical papers from 1994 onwards for all IET journals, magazines, books, conference publications and seminar digests. The IET organizes a range of international conferences, seminars and exhibitions each year. The conferences cover all aspects of electrical, electronic, manufacturing and systems engineering, and related sciences. Proceedings of all conferences are published after each event. Conferences from 1994 up to the present are available on the IET Digital Library as part of the IET Digital Library Complete Publications Package.

Workshop on Embedded Systems using ARM mbed in collaboration
with ARM University Program
This workshop aims to bring together industrial providers with the application community in order to foster discussion, collaboration and mutual exchange of knowledge and experience. The workshop particularly focuses on embedded systems using the ARM Mbed and the Cypress Programmable System on Chip (PSoC) platforms. The ARM mbed development platform is the fastest way to create products based on ARM microcontrollers. The project is being developed by ARM, its Partners and the contributions of the global mbed Developer Community. Getting exposed on the mbed and doing projects enables engineers with the skills necessary to be quickly productive in the fast-paced world of electronics engineering disciplines.
